General info: 288 rue St-Jacques is the Molsons Bank building, a magnificent three-story structure dating from 1866. We are on the 3rd Floor.
Our building is on the corner of Rue St-Pierre. There is a clock on a black pole at the street corner. Look for the words “Molsons Bank” over the front door. In summer months there is a large bicycle rental rack in front of our building. See the photo.
Driving directions: You want to go to 288 rue St-Jacques in Old Montreal (in French, Vieux Montréal). This is not the part of Rue St-Jacques in the west end of the city. Rue St-Jacques in Old Montreal runs one-way Westbound. The cross street Rue St-Pierre runs one-way Southbound. There are parking meters on the street. Nearby indoor parking facilities include the Palais des Congrès (Convention Centre) and the Centre de commerce internationale (World Trade Centre).
Métro (subway) directions: Take the Métro Orange Line to the Square-Victoria station. Disembark, look for the sign “Rue St-Jacques” and follow the tunnel to the end. Exit onto Rue St-Jacques and walk East. From there, in three or four minutes you will reach the corner of St-Jacques and St-Pierre. See the photo.
